We do onsite/ in home computer servicing, only. At this time we do not take 'carry ins.' For a nominal charge, we do offer pick up and delivery at your place of employment in the Chattanooga area, if this is more convenient for you. 

What We Offer

  We provide onsite service and setup. Setting up a computer can be a real problem and
  tearing one down to take in for servicing is even worse. We want to relieve that hassle by doing service in your home or at your business.

We are experienced in virus removal. Not only will we remove a viral threat, we will show you how to minimize the chance for a reoccurrence.

We are experienced in Spyware and Adware removal. Have kids? You most likely have unwanted programs running on your machine causing slowdowns and pop-ups.

We can also recover data from many crashed systems.

We do upgrades and will custom build computers to order.

For a fee we will deliver and set up a new system, even ones we don't sell you. We can show you how to use your new computer.

We can set up your ISP accounts and e-mail services.

We specialize in various home and small office networking, wired and wireless. We can set up Internet sharing among computers using Dial-up, DSL, or Cable. If you have more than one computer, we can help you the access Internet with only one account.

   What Does It Cost?

Our Hourly rates are $60, with a $65 minimum within the Chattanooga area. Outside the Chattanooga area, there is a 2 hour minimum. Beyond 25 miles, there is an additional charge for travel time, please call or e-mail for rates.

What Is Our Warranty?

All component repairs carry a minimum 90 day parts and 30 day labor warranty. Many parts carry a longer factory warranty. Software servicing does not carry any warranty because of the nature of the Microsoft operating systems. We will, however, offer as much support as possible for the first 30 days, via telephone or e-mail (e-mail is preferred!)
